Refund policy

Forecast accuracy is not a refund condition. A forecast can resolve incorrectly without creating a refund right.

Eligible cases

We will review a refund for a verified duplicate payment or confirmed technical non-delivery after settlement.

Not eligible

We do not provide outcome-based refunds, rebates tied to a win or loss, or refunds because a forecast was incorrect.

Requesting help

Email shimo@agentmail.to with the resource ID, paying wallet address, transaction hash, and a brief description. Never send a private key or seed phrase.

Method

Approved refunds are explicit USDC transfers linked to the original payment. Network and compliance checks may apply.
